Manual Handling of loads, whether they be inanimate objects or people is often a difficult issue to assess successfully and achieve a suitable control.

Too often, 'good technique' is seen as slowing the process down, when if used appropriately, the best methods will speed the process up!

Manual Handling has always been a specialist area and very few people within any organisation feel comfortable in completing Risk Assessments and fewer still feel competent to carry out training for others.

We have consultants with specialist training and experience in practical application across many industries who are happy to assist with 'hands-on' training that can be tailored to include mechanical aids, such as trolleys, sack trucks and rolling cages so the tools that are designed to take some of the strain can be utilised properly.
