Independent
asbestos surveyors
The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 places a duty on anyone who is in control of the maintenance of non-domestic premises to complete a suitable and sufficient assessment as to whether asbestos is or is liable to be present in the premises.
If asbestos containing materials (ACM's) are found then the duty holder must ensure that...
(a) a determination
of the risk from that asbestos is made;
(b) a written
plan identifying those parts of the premises concerned is prepared;
and
(c) the measures
which are to be taken for managing the risk are specified in the
written plan.
We have completed many asbestos surveys, (See the reference letter from Bovis
Homes by clicking this link) or
(See the reference from the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew by clicking this link),
and our surveyors have been trained to the P402 standard set by the British Occupational Hygiene Society for the taking of samples of asbestos containing materials.
We are completely independent consultants who have no connection to any asbestos removal contractor and therefore we can offer totally unbiased advice on how you should deal with any asbestos containing materials found at your premises.
